While ensuring the precision and quality of grinding processing (reaching the nanometer level), it also significantly reduces processing costs, improves processing efficiency, further practicality of grinding technology, is conducive to the promotion and application of grinding technology, and promotes the progress of precision machining technology and advanced manufacturing technology in China, Enhancing China's competitive strength in the field of processing and manufacturing, especially for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, is of great practical significance.


Advanced processing and manufacturing industry and optoelectronics industry are both characteristic and advantageous industries in China, and are also key development industries in China. Grinding technology plays an important role in the development of these two industries.


The grinding machine developed by the project team using this new technology is a new high-speed grinding machine. Due to its advanced performance, the relevant grinding machine prototype has been applied in more than ten domestic units, and has also been exported to Australia twice, receiving widespread praise from domestic and foreign users. This technology is limited to the processing of individual parts, and its application is not widespread enough. It is necessary to further improve the processing technology, optimize the grinding process parameters, and expand the range of grinding processing; We also need to improve the grinding machine, improve its performance, and improve its shape to achieve practicality and commercialization, in order to promote its wider application.
